TERMS OF DELIVERY
1. Time of delivery
Photographs can be downloaded through web link as soon as the payment has been made.
2. Client’s liabilities and obligations
a) The client is responsible for the legality of the context where the pictures are used, for the obtainment of permissions and consents required for their publication, and for the observation of generally established practices and decency upon their publication. The client shall also obtain the permissions needed for any persons, works of art, trademarks and proprietary rights shown in the pictures.
b) In order to obtain the publication right, the client shall state in advance the way of use of the picture, the publication or advertising media where the picture will be published, and the end user of the picture.
c) Any additional or follow-up use of the picture must be notified in advance to the TAHTO Centre for Finnish Sports Culture.
d) Digital picture files must be destroyed immediately after use and may not be stored.
3. Instructions and Restrictions of Publication
a) When publishing the pictures the name of the photographer and/or that of the TAHTO Centre for Finnish Sports Culture shall be mentioned as the source.
b) The pictures shall not be manipulated in any way without prior consent of the TAHTO Centre for Finnish Sports Culture.
c) The maximum permitted size of a picture published on the Internet is 900×1200 pixels.
4. Methods of payment
Payments shall be made upon placing the order. The following methods of payment are accepted:
– Online banks in Finland: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, S-Pankki
– Major credit cards
– PayPal
Payment services via online banks and credit card companies are provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7). The transaction is made between the buyer (customer) and Paytrail. Paytrail then transfers the sum to the TAHTO Centre for Finnish Sports Culture (merchant). For the buyer the service works as normal online payment operation. The TAHTO Centre for Finnish Sports Culture is responsible only for marketing and delivery of products. Reclamations can be addressed either to the Sports Museum of Finland or to Paytrail.

5. Reclamations
Reclamations concerning digital products (photographs) must be made immediately upon reception of the digital file.
6. Force majeure
TAHTO Centre for Finnish Sports Culture is not liable for prevention, impediment or delay of deliveries caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
7. Settlement of disputes
Disputes that may arise in connection with this online sales agreement shall be settled according to Finnish law.
